Color

MTA’s base color is MTA Blue. Inspired by the star-laden Alaska flag, this blue differs from previous iterations with a darker, more nature-inspired hue.

Mountain Slate is a cool-hued dark grey that commands respect and communicates professionalism.

White is foundational to our brand palette. It provides light, space and contrast.

Light Speed may only be used as an accent color when not in the Fiber gradient. The purpose of this color is to provide visual interest.

MTA Blue and Mountain Slate can be used in designs when a more professional tone is applicable.

The new Fiber gradient simulates rapid movement by providing a high contrast pop against the more somber business colors. This gradient should be used sparingly, only in line elements or high impact designs.
